My background is unconventional. I came up through music and sound, obsessed with how systems create emergent complexity from simple rules. That instinct translated directly into business: revenue pipelines, operational design, partnership structures, AI workflows. Different signals, same thinking.

The work that interests me most lives in the gap between strategy and execution: initiatives that matter but have no clear owner, processes that break when the company scales, channels that should perform better.

Early-stage companies, typically pre-Series B, where execution is the main constraint. Founders who need someone to own outcomes, not advise on them from a distance.

A consultant analyzes and recommends. An operator takes ownership and executes. When I take something on, I own it from start to finish: revenue system, partnership structure, operational buildout. I don't hand back a deck. I hand back a working system.

Scope varies. Some engagements are project-based with a specific deliverable and timeline. Others are ongoing, embedded across BD, operations, or AI implementation. We define the scope before anything starts. No surprises.

Project-based or monthly retainer depending on scope. I don't bill by the hour. We agree on the deliverable and the rate upfront so there are no surprises on either side.

Building workflows that replace manual work: outreach automation, reporting pipelines, qualification systems, internal tooling. I design and implement these as business systems, not IT projects. The goal is returning human attention to the work that actually moves things.

Primarily remote, based in Los Angeles. For the right engagement I'm flexible on location and travel.
